Actually we are looking for :

Home based affiliate manager
We are looking for a skilled affiliate manager who
can also create graphics and adverts (banners and text).

We will provide basic training to use our affiliate
network system (affiliate window) and fully explain
what we are looking to achieve as a business.

The employee will need to be:
-Hardworking and very computer literate
-Driven by incentives (we will set up a bonus scheme for this role)
-Confident on Photoshop or other designing platforms
-Able to create graphic designs from a brief
-Good at communicating with others (emailing and phoning affiliate customers)
-Good at writing promotional material
-Knowledge of the affiliate market

The main sections of the job include:
-working with Affiliate websites to gain best results for our web store.
-producing .jpg and .gif banners for special offers throughout the year. Possibly flash banners as well.
-uploading and promoting special offers through Affiliate Window and other channels including a weekly newsletter.
-Keeping our key affiliates up to date and informed on a weekly basis.
-Dealing with key affiliates on exclusive offers.
-Administrative processes to do with affiliates (checking correct commissions, checking sites are relevant, resolving affiliate problems)

Your target :
- Sharply increase sales on the website
- Increase the number of high quality visitors to the site
- Offer an informed opinion on special offers and affiliate strategy
